- 2 Tspof Whole Moong
- 1 Tbspof Beet Root(Grated)

- 1/4 Tspof Green Chilli Paste
- 1/4 Tspof Ginger(Grated)
- 1/4 Tsp of Turmeric
- 1/8 Tspof Jeera
- 1/4 Tspof Salt
- 1/2 Tspof Oil
- Water as required
Method
- Blend the soaked moong and sprout to form a smooth paste.
- Add besan, beetroot, green chilli paste, ginger paste, jeera, turmeric, salt, and water to the mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is heated, spread the mixture on the pan.
- Cook both sides.
- Serve it hot.
Dried Fruits and Vegetable Pulao Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Tbspof Basmati Rice
- 2 Tbspof Onion(Chopped)
- 1 Tbspof Cauliflower(Chopped)
- 2 Tbspof Peas(Boiled)
- 2 Tbspof French Beans(Chopped)
- 2 Tbspof Carrot(Grated)
- 1 Tspof Lemon Juice
- 1 Tspof Ginger Garlic Paste

- 8 Cashewnuts
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 Green Elaichi
- 2 Black Pepper
- 2 Cloves
- 1 Star Anise
- 1/2 Tspof Jeera
- 1/2 Tspof Salt
- 2 Tspof Oil
- 2 Tspof Ghee
Method
- Cook the rice and boil the peas.
- Heat oil in a pan and add ghee. Then, roast the cashew nuts in it.
- Add the cloves, cardamom, black pepper, bay leaf, star anise, jeera, and chopped onion. Sauté them well.
- Now, add grated carrot, cauliflower, beans, and green peas.
- Add salt and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add green chilli paste and ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Next, add the cooked rice and sprinkle some lemon juice.
- Garnish it with raisins.
- Serve it hot.

- 1 Tbspof Chole
- 1 Tbspof Tomato (Chopped)
- 1 Tbspof Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Tspof Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

- 1/4 Tspof Red Chilly (Powder)
- 1/4 Tspof Salt
- Water for Cooking
