  • 1 Tbspof Beet Root(Grated)

  • 1/4 Tsp of Turmeric
  • 1/8 Tspof Jeera
  • 1/4 Tspof Salt

  • 2 Tbspof Basmati Rice
  • 2 Tbspof Onion(Chopped)
  • 1 Tbspof Cauliflower(Chopped)

  • 2 Tbspof French Beans(Chopped)
  • 2 Tbspof Carrot(Grated)
  • 1 Tspof Lemon Juice

  • 8 Cashewnuts
  • 1 Bay Leaf

  • Cook the rice and boil the peas.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add ghee. Then, roast the cashew nuts in it.
  • Add the cloves, cardamom, black pepper, bay leaf, star anise, jeera, and chopped onion. Sauté them well.
  • Now, add grated carrot, cauliflower, beans, and green peas.
  • Add salt and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add green chilli paste and ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  • Next, add the cooked rice and sprinkle some lemon juice.
  • Garnish it with raisins.
  • Serve it hot.

Chickpea Salad Recipe


  • 1 Tbspof Chole
  • 1 Tbspof Tomato (Chopped)
  • 1 Tbspof Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 Tspof Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
  • 1/2 Tspof Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tspof Red Chilly (Powder)
  • 1/4 Tspof Salt
  • Water for Cooking


  • In a bowl, mix chopped tomatoes and boiled chole.
  • Add chopped onion, salt, red chilli powder, and coriander leaves.
  • Sprinkle some lemon juice on the mixture.
  • Mix everything well and serve.
